The Fine Print (Terms and Conditions):
- You must be a current resident at a Vivid Living community (or have an unconditional ORA with us and a confirmed move in date) OR you must be an individual person(s), not a company, and you must have settled the purchase of a Fletcher Living home after entering into a contract of sale with Fletcher Living;
- Your referral must not have already made direct contact with the Vivid Living team, or be already in our
database as a sales prospect; - You have obtained consent from the Referred Party to have their details shared with Vivid Living for the
purposes of communication; - Your referral must have signed an Occupational Right Agreement (ORA) with Vivid Living and have
passed their 60 day cooling off period (clause 8.2.1 of the ORA); - You may make a referral at any time to the Vivid Living team, however Vivid Living is not obliged to offer
an ORA to any referrals if we do not consider that person to be a suitable resident of the Village; - There are no limits on the number of successful referrals you can make; however only one (1) payment
of $1,500 in the form of Visa Prezzy Cards will be made for each eligible ORA - At the time of delivery of your Visa Prezzy Cards, we will ask you to sign an acknowledgement of your
receipt of the card. After this, Vivid Living is not responsible for any loss or damage to your card(s); - This referral programme is valid as at February 2024 and is subject to change at any time at Vivid Living’s
discretion.
